Regional Feeds and Geocoding

I'm back in Seattle with a rejuvenated spirit to further develop VlogMap after an inspiring week at Vloggercon, Google's Geo Developer Day and O'Reilly's Where 2.0 Conference.
Although time has been limited, there are so many plans to continue converging Internet video, mapping and social networks. Here are the two most recent steps...
The first new feature is the addition of text search in the geo finder map. This offers the ability to search for international cities or specific street addresses. Street-level geocoding is available for the US, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Google says more countries will be added as Google Maps launches in new countries.
The second new feature is RSS feeds for specific countries and states. The feed links are listed in the regional vlog directory so you can now track regions such as California, New York, Germany or Japan.
It was great to finally shake hands with old friends, put faces to names and 3D to the 2D. Big thanks to the planners, workers and party hosts. See ya next year.
